Aju Steel gets ready for IPO in August
South Korea’s Aju Steel is hoping to raise up to KRW 104.8 billion ($91.7 million) through an initial public offering on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) in August, Kallanish reports.
A total of over 6.93 million shares including 4m new issues is scheduled to be listed on 20 August, of which 5.55m shares will be floated to the public directly each in a price band of KRW 12,700-15,100.
