AISI picks AK Steel ceo as new chairman
The American Iron and Steel Insititute (AISI) has selected AK Steel ceo Roger Newport as its new chairman, Kallanish reports.
Newport will serve through May 2020. He replaces former chairman and Nucor ceo John Ferriola. Ferriola will remain on the institute’s board as vice chairman.
