AIIS asks Trump to reconsider 232 purpose
Pro-free trade group the American Institute for International Steel (AIIS) is asking President Donald Trump to consider the positive effects of steel imports when he makes his 232 determination.
President Trump was delivered the US Department of Commerce’s findings in the 232 investigation in early January. He has 90 days from the delivery date to issue recommendations, Kallanish notes.
