Agency rules Austrian OCTG threatens Canadian market

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has determined that OCTG imports from Austria have caused injury or threaten to cause injury to the Canadian market, Kallanish reports. The preliminary determination of injury comes after the Canada Border Services Agency began an investigation into the alleged dumping in July.
