Aeternus Steel Holdings acquires control of Trinidad steel mill
The government of Trinidad and Tobago has accepted a bid by Aeternus Steel Holdings Ltd, for the concession to run the former ArcelorMittal Point Lisas steel plant. This was revealed by the company’s liquidator, Christopher Kelshall, to local media monitored by Kallanish. Aeternus is a joint venture between local company Integrus Group and Dubai investors Cassia Group.
