AD duties won’t stop trade tensions: Mofcom
Anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of Chinese steel are not a long term solution to trade tensions, China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) says. China’s steel exports are expected to reach a record high well over 100 million tonnes in 2015, Kallanish notes.
