AD duties to see off legal challenge: Aisha
Aisha Steel Mills (ASML) is hopeful Pakistan’s anti-dumping duties on some cold rolled coil and hot-dip galvanized coil will remain in force despite legal challenges being filed against them in court.
Pakistan imposed earlier this year AD duties on some Chinese and Ukrainian CRC, as well as on Chinese HDG (see Kallanish passim). ASML has approached the National Tariff Commission to also impose duties on Russian coil.
