Aceros Arequipa to commission new EAF in February
Peruvian long products supplier Aceros Arequipa expects the new electric arc furnace at its Pisco plant will be commissioned by mid-February 2021.
The new EAF will have an annual capacity of 1.25 million tonnes of crude steel. The expansion project will also increase the range of products manufactured by the steelmaker.
