Accuride takes majority stake in Italian wheel producer
US-based component supplier for the commercial vehicle industry, Accuride Corporation, has officially acquired a majority stake in CLN-owned steel wheel manufacturer Gianetti Ruote, Kallanish notes. The partnership will give Accuride immediate long-term supply contracts with key global original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers in Europe, the company says.
