Romania absence lowers Turkish pipe exports in August
Turkish welded pipe exports, which showed a recovery in June and July, decreased -7.8% on-year to 139,328 tonnes in August, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. This was also down from 179,558t in July. Their average value was $637/tonne versus $706/t in August 2019 and $608.5/t in July 2020.
