ABS to increase output, exports to European market
Italian specialty steelmaker Acciaierie Bertoli Safau (ABS), part of equipment maker Danieli, will increase production at its subsidiary in Sisak, Croatia.
In April, the Italian supplier announced an investment of €200 million ($213m) for a new production line, which will create 180 new jobs (see Kallanish passim). The new plant will be a fully digitalised plant that will scale up energy efficiency and carbon savings.
