ABS to boost its European presence
Italian specialty steelmaker Acciaierie Bertoli Safau (ABS), the steelmaking branch of Danieli, intends to increase its production capacity by 40% over the next three years. It aims to reach annual turnover of €1.4 billion ($1.6 billion), said ABS chief executive Stefano Scolari during last week’s Danieli earnings briefing attended by Kallanish.
