Abinsk: demand rebounds, wire rod mill on schedule

Southern Russian scrap-based steelmaker Abinsk Electric Steel Works is continuing the installation of its new 600,000 tonnes/year wire rod mill, general director Ivan Demchenko tells Kallanish.
