U.S. abandons antidumping duties on electrical steels from Europe, Japan
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) says that it has determined that the U.S. steel industry is not materially injured by reason of imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from Germany, Japan, and Poland. The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) had previously determined that these products are sold in the United States at less than fair value.
