China's Zongcheng exempt from Australian HDG duties
Eastern China’s Jiangyin Zongcheng Steel (Zongcheng) will no longer be charged duties to sell its hot dip galvanized coil to Australia, as long as its prices do not fall below a certain benchmark, according to the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission. The decision came after Zongcheng argued that it had not been a major exporter during the period of the review and that the benchmark for hot rolled coil costs should be more representative.
