Metinvest's Yenakiieve Steel starts producing new rebar sizes
Metinvest’s Yenakiieve Steel Plant has started producing 22mm, 25mm and 28mm diameter rebar at the Makiivka steelworks’ 390 mill, Kallanish learns from Metinvest.
Makiivka started to produce No. 30 and No. 32 A240S rebar in April. The plant recently finished trial production of three other types of the same class: No 22, 25 and 28. It made over 100 tonnes of this product, which the company hopes will help expand its geography of sales. …
