Xinyegang relines blast furnace
Central Chinese special steel and pipe producer, Hubei Xinyegang, has relined its No. 1 blast furnace and is ready to resume production, according to local media in China. The company, part of CITIC Pacific, is an important exporter which successfully forced the European Union to cancel duties on its pipe in 2014, Kallanish notes.
