Saudi's Watani Steel targets commercial output launch in July
Watani Steel has begun commissioning of its new rebar steelworks in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the view to launching commercial output immediately after Ramadan, a company official tells Kallanish. The move has been delayed by twelve months owing to issues with obtaining a power connection. The company is owned by the same investors as Jordan’s Taybah Steel.
