Voronezh mini-mill project put on hold
A new mini-mill, planned for Maslovsky industrial park in Russia’s Voronezh region is said to have been put on hold. The meltshop, which was expected to have a 240,000 tonne/year capacity, has been delayed because of a lack of funds, say Russian sources.
