Voestalpine plans to acquire Trafilerie industriali
Voestalpine Wire Technology, part of the Austrian-based group’s metal engineering division is planning to acquire all the shares in Italian wire maker Trafilerie Industriali in Nervesa della Battaglia. In the past, the latter has also been known as Trafilerie Venete.
The buyer, which has a plant in Bruck an der Mur, near Graz, is now waiting for approval from the Austrian merger authorities, who have issued a call for concerned participants in the wire…
