Voestalpine acquires Australia's Bathurst Rail Fabrication Centre
Austria's voestalpine Group has acquired the Australian welded rails, turnouts and track components manufacturer, Bathurst Rail Fabrication Centre (BRFC). The New South Wales-based (NSW) company employs about 60 and generated annual revenue of around €34 million ($42.6m) in 2013.
