Usiminas board fails to approve 2014 results, cancels publication
India’s Bhushan Steel isn’t the only high profile steelmaker with problems (see related article). Brazil’s Usiminas has failed to meet its target date of 13 February for publishing its 2015 operating results. In a statement seen by Kallanish, the company says that its board of directors failed to approve the results and it has cancelled disclosure of its financial statement for year-ending 31 December 2014.
