USITC said "go" to GOES but now says "no" to NOES from Europe and Far East
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) has determined that the U.S. steel industry is materially injured by reason of imports of non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan.
