US weekly steel output rises year-on-year
US crude steel weekly production rose year-on-year in the week-ending August 2, the latest figures released by the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) show. The Institute’s capacity utilisation guideline, the capability utilisation rate, also increased y-on-y, Kallanish notes.
