US to conduct sunset review of stainless rod import duties
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) will conduct full sunset reviews of the antidumping orders on stainless steel wire rod imports from Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, and Taiwan.
Sunset reviews are conducted every five years to determine whether revocation of the duties (allowing them to “sunset”) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic market.
