US raw steel output slows week-on-week, flattens year-to-date
US crude steel weekly production and capability utilisation dipped year-on-year in the week-ending 31 January 2015, the latest figures released by the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) show. Year-to-date output was nearly flat compared to that in the first five weeks of 2014, Kallanish notes.
