US plate producers want duty suspension agreement with Russia terminated

US steelmakers Nucor, SSAB Americas and ArcelorMittal USA are asking the US Department of Commerce (DOC) to end a duty suspension agreement on cut-to-length (CTL) plate imports from Russia.
