US firm set to acquire Zelezara Smederevo stake by January-end after tender win
US flat steel service centre group Esmark Steel is set to acquire an 80.01% stake in Zelezara Smederevo after submitting the only valid bid in the tender for the Serbian steelmaker’s privatisation.
