US crude steel weekly production dips on falling capacity use
US crude steel weekly production has dipped year-on-year in the week-ending 27 September, the latest figures released by the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) show. The Institute’s capacity utilisation guideline, the capability utilisation rate, also fell y-on-y, Kallanish observes.
