US Trade Commission dismisses trade action on Indian threaded rod
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) has determined that a U.S. industry is "...neither materially injured nor threatened with material injury by reason of imports of certain steel threaded rod from India..." The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) had formerly determined that the product is subsidized and sold in the United States at less than fair value.
