US Steel makes new board appointments
US Steel has elected two new members to its board of directors, the company tells Kallanish. Patricia Diaz Dennis and Robert J. Stevens will take up their new positions on 1 January 2015.
Dennis is a lawyer by profession who previously worked for AT&T as assistant general counsel. Stevens is a former chairman of defence contractor Lockheed Martin Corporation having retired from that company in 2013. He currently serves as lead director of the Monsanto Co…
