US Steel invests in new advanced EAF in Alabama
US Steel tells Kallanish that it will launch two capital investment projects commencing in 2015. These are the construction of a new advanced electric arc furnace at its Fairfield works in Birmingham, Alabama and a tubular products coupling facility at the same location.
