Turkish rebar exports fall to lowest 2015 tonnage in May
Turkish rebar exports decreased -33.4% year-on-year in May to 461,237 tonnes as the upward trend in prices of scrap into Turkey continued. The average price of these exports plummeted by $124/t from May 2014 to $439/t fob, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
