Turkish mills cut domestic scrap purchase prices
Some of Turkey’s largest steelmakers have reduced their local scrap purchasing prices in the last few days, Kallanish observes. The move is in line with the long-expected decline in scrap prices owing to the projected slowdown in local demand ahead of the upcoming Ramadan.
