Turkish longs producer IDC expects rise in consumption after weak Q1 sales
Turkish long steelmaker Izmir Demir Celik (IDC) expects an increase in steel consumption, especially in the local market, thanks to the improvement in weather conditions. It also sees global economic developments spurring a revival in export markets throughout the remainder of 2015.
