Turkey agrees to ArcelorMittal merger with service centre
The Turkish competition authority has given the green light for the establishment of a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and service centre RZK Celik, Kallanish learns from the authority.
RZK, headquartered in Gebze near Istanbul, has a flat steel service centre and structural steel fabrication shop. It also trades in beams, merchant bars, rail, pipe, hot and cold rolled coil, hot-dip galvanized coil, and plate.
