ThyssenKrupp reorganises steel services operations in Germany
ThyssenKrupp (TK) has merged three of its materials services businesses in Germany into a single stockist, distribution and processing company. As of 8 April, it has combined the activities of TK MetalServ, TK Stahlkontor and TK Schulte into the new TK Schulte, based in Essen.
