ArcelorMittal-Marcegaglia consortium gets closer to acquiring Ilva
The ArcelorMittal-Marcegaglia consortium appears to be getting closer to acquiring Italian steelmaker Ilva following a 10 December meeting with special commissioner Piero Gnudi and representatives from the Italian government.
