Tempo mini-mill nears completion in Tatarstan, Russia
In Tatartstan in Naberezhnye Chelny, local company Tatelektromash is hoping to launch production at its Tempo mini-mill later this year. The meltshop and rolling mill will supply bar and rebar, and was reported to cost Rbs 4.5 billion ($135 million), when the project was first announced three years ago, according to local Tatarinform.
