Tangshan Ganglu begins BF revamp
Tangshan Ganglu Iron and Steel in northern China’s Hebei province began the revamp of its No. 1 blast furnace on 4 March, it says. The investment includes environmental measures that may help it sustain production in the face of increasing restrictions, Kallanish notes.
