Taiwan calls on WTO in dispute with Canada
Taiwan has called on the World Trade Organization (WTO) to convene a panel to rule on a dispute with Canada over duties imposed on Taiwanese carbon steel welded pipe, Kallanish learns. Taiwan alleges that the duties are in breach of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994 and the Anti-Dumping Agreement.
