TMK teams up with RUSNANO to produce high-tech oil & gas pipe
TMK and Russian state-owned technology investor RUSNANO Corporation have teamed up to expand the production of high-tech pipe at TMK’s Seversky pipe plant, Kallanish learns from the Russian pipemaker.
RUSNANO has invested RUB 5.5 billion ($83.87 million) in the project, and has acquired a 5.476% stake in the company following TMK’s additional public offering. TMK’s investment in the project amounts to RUB 12.5bn.
