China service centre group Sutor buys online platform
China’s Sutor Technology Group has signed a letter of intent to buy 100% of Lgsteel, an online steel trading platform in Shanghai. The pipe welder and service centre company plans to use the acquisition to add online services to its trading operations, Kallanish notes.
