Sunoco Logistics considers building second natural gas liquids pipeline
Sunoco Logistics Partners confirmed it may add a second pipeline to its Mariner East II project that would potentially increase the daily flow of natural gas liquids (NGL) to eastern Pennsylvania by 10 times.
