SunCoke drops down additional interest in Granite City facility
SunCoke Energy Inc (SXC) has closed on an agreement with SunCoke Energy Partners (SXCP) to drop down an additional 23% interest in its cokemaking facility Granite City, Illinois for $67 million.
SXC will retain a 2% ownership interest in the Granite City facility, Kallanish understands.
