Stefana Spa suspends production in northern Italy
The four steel plants owned by Stefana Spa in northern Italy which were supposed to restart work on January 8, will be closed until further notice, sources within the metalworkers unions tell Kallanish. The four factories, located in Ospitaletto, Montirone and Nave, are currently inactive.
The action follows the request for a ‘Concordato Preventivo’, filed by Stefana with Italy’s bankruptcy court on December 31, in order to cope with debts …
