Steel imports into Turkey grow 62% y-o-y in July
Turkey’s steel imports soared by 62.2% year-on-year to 1.67 million tonnes in July, driven by flat products, Kallanish notes from the Turkish Steel Producers’ Association (TCUD). In terms of value, these imports rose 2.6% to $954 million.
