Steel Dynamics sees 2015 US steel consumption remaining strong
US longs specialist Steel Dynamics forecasts lower shipment volumes in its fourth quarter 2014 guidance for its steel operations, monitored by Kallanish. This is due to “typical fourth quarter seasonality and the continuation of elevated [steel] import levels”.
