Stalled Iranian DRI plants back on track, in funding talks with Chinese
Four out of seven previously-stalled direct reduced iron-based (DRI) steelworks in Iran are back on track after securing financing through letters of credit, according to Mehdi Karbasian, chairman of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro).
