South Korean capacity continues to grow with two new players
The South Korean steel market is becoming increasingly crowded with two new players starting construction and planning to come on-stream in 2016. The pair will add more than 1 million tonnes/year of steelmaking in a country already reeling from the recent massive expansion by Hyundai Steel.
